Everybody is unique with their own strengths and limitations; because of this I believe finding the pleasure and fun in fitness, while meeting you where you're at is essential to building a healthy lifestyle and meeting fitness goals. Getting your transformation journey going is worth the challenges that come with it. In continuing to help you achieve goals while pushing through muscle imbalance or other obstacles, We have developed our training program and design by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting our programs to the individual needs of our clients.

How do you assess new clients prior to training?At Fitbody Mechanix, we take a thorough and personalized approach to assessing new clients before starting any training program. Our assessment process includes: Initial Consultation – We begin with a conversation about your goals, exercise history, past injuries, and lifestyle habits to understand your unique needs. Movement & Postural Analysis – We evaluate your movement patterns, posture, and muscle imbalances to identify any compensations or mobility restrictions. Functional Fitness & Strength Testing – Depending on your fitness level and goals, we assess basic movement efficiency, strength, and endurance to establish a starting point. Injury & Corrective Exercise Screening – Since we specialize in corrective exercise and injury prevention, we identify areas that may need specific attention to improve function and reduce injury risk. Body Composition & Performance Metrics (Optional) – If applicable, we measure key metrics such as body fat percentage, circumference measurements, and other fitness indicators to track progress over time.
